1. Introduction

At Trend Sparkle, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange policy, subject to the conditions mentioned below. We recommend reading this policy carefully before making a return or exchange request.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

The product must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
A return/exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item should not have any stains, marks, damages, or signs of wear and tear.
Only products purchased from our official website (www.trendsparkle.com) are eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased during sale, promotions, or clearance offers cannot be returned unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and swimwear
Earrings, face masks, beauty products, and other hygiene-related accessories
Customized, personalized, or altered items
Gift cards or store credits

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If you wish to return or exchange an item, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Raise a Return/Exchange Request
Email us at support@trendsparkle.com with the following details:
Your order number
Reason for return/exchange
Clear images of the product (in case of defects or incorrect items)
Step 2: Shipping the Product Back
Once your request is approved, you will receive the return shipping details.
Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address. The shipping cost for returns is non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Ensure that the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3: Quality Check & Processing
Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a quality inspection.
If the item passes the quality check, we will process a refund, store credit, or exchange as per your preference.
If the item fails the quality check (damaged, worn, or altered), the return request will be rejected, and the product will be sent back to you.

5. Refund Policy

Once the return is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders
If you made the payment using UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or wallets, the refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5-7 working days after approval.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders are not eligible for direct refunds. Instead, we issue a store credit or bank transfer refund upon approval.
You must provide your bank account details for the refund process.
Store Credit Option
You may opt for a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases on our website.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval. If there is any delay, please contact our support team.

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.
If the requested size is unavailable, you can choose another product of the same value or opt for store credit.
Customers are required to self-ship the product to our return address for exchanges.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel your order, email us at support@trendsparkle.com with your order details.
If your order is prepaid, the refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 24 hours of delivery with clear images.
Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or full refund as per your preference.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

9. Important Notes

Trend Sparkle reserves the right to modify this Return and Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please use a reliable courier service with tracking for self-shipping returns.
Any disputes related to returns/exchanges will be handled as per Indian laws.
